We are excited that you are considering or have already secured your sponsorship to speak at eduWeb.
This is not a sales pitch. Treating it like one is the fastest way to lose the room. eduWeb attendees have sat through enough thinly disguised product demos to spot one in the first few minutes; once they do, they tune out for the rest of your session and often for the rest of the event.
That's part of why we don't run company sessions in a separate sponsor track. Your session sits in the regular program next to sessions led by attendees and industry experts, and attendees choose it the same way they choose any other session: because the topic speaks to a problem they're actually facing, not because it's the sponsor slot on the schedule. Your session is held to the same bar as everyone else's, and it earns attention the same way.
What works is treating your session as a chance to share what you've learned across your client portfolio. You work with dozens, sometimes hundreds, of institutions facing the same enrollment pressures, staffing constraints, and technology decisions as the people in the room. That 40,000-foot view of what's actually working across your book of business and what isn't is something no single attendee has access to on their own. Bring that. Leave the product deck at the booth.
