Exhibitor Sponsor Guidelines

At eduWeb Summit, we value the collaborative partnership between exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. These guidelines are designed to foster a positive and mutually beneficial relationship, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone. These guidelines are subject to periodic review and may be updated to better align with the evolving needs of our community.

1. Partnership Alignment:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors should align with the educational focus of the annual eduWeb Summit.

  • Products or services promoted should be relevant to the higher education and digital marketing audience.


2. Transparent Communication:

  • Open and honest communication between the event organizers and sponsors is essential.

  • Exhibitors and sponsors must provide clear information about their offerings, ensuring transparency in their engagement with attendees.


3. Respect for Attendees:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors should respect the privacy and preferences of event attendees.

  • Any data collection or marketing activities must comply with privacy regulations and eduWeb Summit policies.


4. Professional Conduct:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with event organizers, attendees, and fellow exhibitors and sponsors.

  • Any promotional materials or activities should be tasteful and aligned with the educational nature of the summit.


5. Brand Representation:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors should accurately represent their brand and offerings in all promotional materials and interactions.


6. Collaboration and Engagement:

  • Actively participate in scheduled networking sessions, discussions, and any other engagement opportunities provided by eduWeb Summit.

  • Collaborate with event organizers to enhance the overall attendee experience.


7. Event Presence:

  • Ensure the timely setup and dismantling of exhibition booths.

  • Exhibitors and sponsors must adhere to any logistical guidelines provided by the venue or event organizations.


8. Compliance with Policies:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event policies.

  • Any demonstrations or displays must adhere to safety and ethical standards.


9. Feedback Mechanism:

  • eduWeb Summit welcomes constructive feedback from exhibitors and sponsors for continuous improvement.

  • The event organizer will be available to address any concerns or queries.


10. Post-Event Feedback:

  • Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to complete a post-event survey, offering their feedback about their engagement and outcome.

  • Feedback on the event's organization and suggestions for improvement are appreciated.
