The eduWeb Summit is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience where all attendees can participate as fully as possible.

Accessibility at the Summit

We work with our host venue and event partners to support the accessibility needs of our attendees. If you require an accommodation to participate in the eduWeb Summit, please contact us at info@eduwebsummit.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line.

Accommodation requests may include mobility and seating needs, hearing or communication access, visual access, dietary requirements, or other needs related to participating in the Summit.

We encourage attendees to contact us as early as possible so we have adequate time to discuss and coordinate appropriate accommodations.

Venue Accessibility

eduWeb selects conference venues with accessibility in mind.

If you have a specific question about navigating or accessing the conference venue, please contact us.

Dietary Requirements

Attendees will have the opportunity to identify dietary requirements during registration. We work with our venue and catering partners to accommodate dietary needs whenever reasonably possible.

For questions or needs not addressed during registration, please contact us before the Summit.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome at the eduWeb Summit in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.

Accessible Presentations

We encourage eduWeb presenters to make their sessions as accessible as possible, including using microphones, creating readable presentation materials, describing important visual content when appropriate, and considering accessibility when preparing slides and digital resources.

Website Accessibility

The eduWeb Summit is committed to making our website content accessible and user-friendly to everyone.

If you have difficulty viewing or navigating content on this website, or encounter a feature or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible, please email info@eduwebsummit.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include a description of the issue or a suggestion for improvement.

We take accessibility feedback seriously and use it to continue improving the eduWeb Summit experience for our community.
