Poster Sessions 

Higher ed presenters share research, campus projects, or case studies in an open, browsable format. Attendees move between posters, asking presenters questions directly and going deeper on the projects that interest them most.

15-Minute Lightning Talks

A fast, focused take on one idea, tool, or result. No filler, just the core insight. Built to cover a lot of ground in a short block of time, so attendees leave with a stack of new ideas rather than one deep dive.

1.5-Hour Master Class

A deep dive into a topic, tool, approach, project, or methodology, with enough time for real depth and hands-on application. This is the longest format at eduWeb, built for attendees who want to leave with working knowledge, not just an overview.

45-MINUTE SESSION TYPES

Traditional

Speaker(s) lead a structured session on a topic within eduWeb's core focus areas, with time reserved for audience questions.

Keynote

Main-stage sessions open to the full room, featuring voices from companies and higher education institutions across the field. These are the moments meant to set direction or spark conversation well beyond the session itself.

Session Labs (Workshops)

A facilitator-guided, hands-on session built around a defined exercise or framework. Attendees work through structured activities together rather than just listening, and leave with something practiced, not just explained.

Fireside Chat

An informal, conversational session between a moderator and one or more guests, digging into real challenges and honest perspectives rather than a polished presentation. Less structured than a traditional session, but more revealing than a panel.

Practitioner Build

A practitioner works through their own real, in-progress setup live, rough edges included, while attendees work alongside them in the room, building or adapting their own version using their own institution's materials. They leave with an actual start, not notes to recreate later.
