What an incredible few days in Portland! From the opening keynote to the final wrap-up, eduWeb 2025 was everything we hoped it would be—thought-provoking, inspiring, and a whole lot of fun. Whether you were there in person or cheering us on from afar, we’re so grateful to have such a passionate and curious community committed to moving higher education forward.
Here are just a few highlights from our time together in Maine...
Record Attendance
Over 850 professionals from colleges, universities, and industry partners joined us this year—our largest gathering yet. We welcomed attendees from all 50 states and 8 countries, making this a truly global exchange of ideas and innovations in higher ed marketing, enrollment, and digital experience.
Dynamic Sessions Across 9 Learning Tracks
From AI integration and student journey mapping, to data analytics and brand storytelling, our 2025 program featured more than 60 sessions across 9 learning tracks. If you missed one, don’t worry—we’ll be sharing select session recaps and speaker interviews on the blog in the coming weeks.
Engaging Speakers & Fresh Perspectives
This year’s keynote sessions tackled some of the biggest questions in higher education—how we meet enrollment challenges, adapt to shifting student expectations, and future-proof our digital strategy. Our speaker lineup included campus leaders, industry innovators, and first-time presenters alike—thank you all for sharing your expertise!
Meaningful Networking (and a Lobster Roll or Two)
Whether it was at the welcome reception, during Birds of a Feather meetups, or strolling along the waterfront between sessions, we loved seeing so many new connections made. Our Portland location gave us the perfect backdrop to relax, recharge, and reimagine what’s next for higher ed together.
Thank You to Our Partners, Volunteers, Speakers, and YOU!
None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our event partners, sponsors, volunteers, eduWeb committee members, and YOU! Your time, energy, and commitment are what make this event special.
What’s Next?
We’re already planning eduWeb 2026—and we’re heading to Orlando, Florida, July 14–16. Registration opens next month, and we’ll be announcing our Call for Proposals soon. Whether you're a returning attendee or a first-timer, we can’t wait to welcome you next summer.
If you have photos, reflections, or ideas from your eduWeb 2025 experience, tag us on social (@eduwebsummit) and use #eduWeb25—we’d love to hear from you.
Until next time, thank you for making eduWeb more than just a conference—it’s a community.
