Most exhibitors should be able to load/unload through the front drive and standard guest elevators.

AV, Electricity

Projectors, screens, and microphones will be in each presentation room. The Summit advises you to bring all the cables your laptop needs to connect. Use this link to order anything you need online through Encore.

Set-Up & Tear Down Schedule

  • Set-Up: Tuesday, July 9 -- 8 am - 11:30 am

  • Tear-Down: Thursday, July 11 -- Noon on

Exhibiting Hours

  • Tuesday, July 9 -- 11:30 am - 6 pm

  • Wednesday, July 10 -- 8 am - 5 pm

  • Thursday, July 11 -- 8 am - 12 pm
