At the Marriott Philadephia Downtown, FedEx is used for shipping.

If an exhibitor requires access to the loading dock, please contact Allison Rosenberg (Allison.Rosenberg@marriott.com) or Joni Vasquez (Joni.Vasquez@marriott.com) for information. Allison will be available from June 14 - July 8, as Joni will be on vacation then.

Most exhibitors should be able to load/unload through the front drive and standard guest elevators.


NOTE: Shipments arriving prior to four business days before the event will be charged storage fees.

Outbound Shipping (from the hotel):

For outbound shipping, we will need the items packed and labeled. Items can be dropped off at FedEx or FedEx can come to pick up from the exhibit space. However, if exhibitors would like their items delivered to the exhibit floor upon arrival or picked up from the exhibit floor upon departure, they will need to contact FedEx directly to make arrangements. The hotel cannot make these arrangements because individual exhibitors do not have house accounts with us to cover the handling fees. They can contact the on-site FedEx manager at john.shannon@fedex.com for more information. I have also attached our FedEx information sheet for more details on handling fees.


WiFi, AV, & Electricity

Projectors, screens, and microphones will be in each presentation room.


The Summit advises you to bring all the cables your laptop needs to connect.


If you need electricity or need access to something beyond the basic WiFi at the event, i.e., if you'll be streaming a lot, use this link to order anything you need online through Encore, the venue's vendor.

Set-Up & Tear Down Schedule

  • Set-Up: Tuesday, July 9 -- 8 am - 11:30 am

  • Tear-Down: Thursday, July 11 -- Noon on

Exhibiting Hours

  • Tuesday, July 9 -- 11:30 am - 6 pm

  • Wednesday, July 10 -- 8 am - 5 pm

  • Thursday, July 11 -- 8 am - 12 pm

Hosting an After-Hours Event?

If you are considering planning an after-hours event (after daily conference hours and not conflicting with Tuesday's Welcome Reception), please contact the event, and we will promote it for you or include you in The Philadelphia Experience.

During the Welcome Reception, you are welcome to have games, give prizes, or something special that represents the theme of Philadelphia at your booth. You can also have games for prizes given away at Closing Remarks on Thursday.
