Prior to shipping any materials to the Hotel:

The Hotel cannot guarantee availability to receive your materials and must approve them. Please contact Judith Purnell at events@eduwebsummit.com with your expected number of boxes and the approximate weight of each box by July 1, 2026. Once your shipping labels are created, please send all tracking numbers and updated box count/weight to Judith. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of packages from the Hotel.


  • Your shipped materials cannot arrive earlier than seven (7) days - July 6, 2026 - prior to the event date.

  • You will be charged a handling fee of $8.00 per box.

  • Any shipped materials cannot exceed 15 lbs. per box.

  • Hotel reserves the right to refuse delivery of oversized packages (> 15 lbs).

  • The hotel cannot receive pallets.

  • All materials delivered to the Hotel must be clearly labeled to designate eduWeb Summit (as seen above for the shipping address) and include all other pertinent information to ensure the Hotel can deliver them to the appropriate location.

  • If your materials arrive without the appropriate labeling, you will be charged an additional $25.00 per box fee to the available payment method.


Hotel is not an official courier and does not provide full-service shipping. The hotel has no liability whatsoever for any materials shipped to or from the Hotel. Exhibitors ship to and from the Hotel at their own risk.


Outbound Shipping:

  • You will need to contact your preferred shipping company to pick up your items from the Drury Hotel.

  • If you require materials to be shipped from the Hotel, you must provide the materials boxed with affixed pre-paid labels to the front desk.

  • Any shipped materials cannot exceed 15lbs. per box, and the Hotel will charge an $8.00 handling fee per box for outbound shipments.

Hosting an After-Hours Event?

  • eduWeb invites companies to host events outside of conference hours and any other conference-sponsored events. There are two types:

    • Exclusive Evening Sponsored Event

    • Non-Exclusive Evening Sponsored Event

  • If you would like your event included in the promotion to all attendees or listed in the event schedule, please contact the conference.

Booth Engagement

  • eduWeb Vendor Bingo - a game for attendees to visit all the exhibitors for a signature/stamp/initials to submit for a prize on Thursday morning.

  • Companies are highly encouraged to provide activations, giveaways, games, and other activities to engage attendees and increase booth traffic.

Prizes & Giveaways

Disney EPCOT

  • All exhibitor staff and guests may purchase a Disney EPCOT ticket, valid only on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, starting at 5 pm, for $125 per person. When they register, they can choose how many tickets to purchase per registration. All tickets must be purchased by June 14, 2026.

  • You can purchase them in 2 ways:

    • Through your online account in ExpoFP (exhibiting/sponsoring information).

    • Through our Registration Application.
