Here’s how eduWeb determines which Registration Pass/Fee you qualify for:

Attendee: Higher Education Registration

Eligible educational institutions include accredited public, private, nonprofit, and proprietary (privately owned profit-making) schools offering pre-k to 12 or higher educational institutions (college, university, trade school, vocational school, or other post-secondary) in the US or abroad.

Educators/faculty are also eligible for this discounted rate at eduWeb. The individual’s primary occupation must be a teaching faculty member instructing students. Educators should be prepared to submit a valid university ID if requested.

Attendee: Company/Corporate Registration

But what about companies or organizations that work with educational institutions? Can we register to attend?
     Yes!

Attending eduWeb is a great way to network, prospect and meet with other clients.
However, companies or organizations regardless of size and intent to attend, must register as a corporate registration.

But why does it cost more than the higher education rate?

The additional costs for companies are what keep registration affordable to our higher educational attendees. In addition, industry partners invest in a similar opportunity to participate. Charging equivalent amounts provides a level playing field for all companies to participate and avoid event “suitcasing.”

So, if the pricing is similar, what are the benefits of becoming an industry partner?

Depending on the package, there are many added benefits to becoming a partner

Attendee Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Before June 2, 2026

If you cancel your paid registration on or before June 2, you will receive a full refund of registration fees. Registrants need to send an email to info@eduwebsummit.com for a refund request.

Between June 2 and June 23, 2026

During this time, cancellations have the following options:

  1. Transfer the registration to a colleague at the same institution for 2026.

  2. Receive a full registration refund minus the $100 admin fee.

  3. Transfer the complete conference registration (regardless of 2027 rates) to the same registrant or anyone at the institution for the 2027 conference.

After June 23, 2026

Cancellations have the following options:

  1. Transfer the registration to a colleague at the same institution for 2026.

Refund requests after June 23, 2026, and no-shows will forfeit all registration fees.

Due to financial commitments (e.g., guarantees of a certain number of meal servings, hotel room nights, transportation, and other contractual arrangements) eduWeb must make in the weeks leading up to the conference, your fees are expended regardless of whether you attend or not. This is why we cannot refund your fees after a specific date.
