Know Before You Go

General Information

Conference DressAttire is business casual for the conference during the day. Please, no jeans, t-shirts or flip-flops. We recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Evenings will be on your own, so plan accordingly.

If you arrive before you can check in or check out before the conference ends, take your luggage to the Concierge near the registration desk. They will store it for you until you can pick it up.

Wi-Fi & Tech

Wi-Fi will be provided in all areas of our conference for no charge. Limited electrical outlets are available to charge laptops and your other electronic devices.

On-site Registration

The registration desk is located on the second floor of the Courtyard by Marriott — Downtown Convention Center. All sessions will be held in the Courtyard.

Registration Hours

Open from 9:00 am –5:00 pm Tuesday, July 18th, Wednesday, July 19th, from 8:00 am to 5 pm and Thursday from 8:00 am to Noon.

eduWeb Badges

Your name badge is required for admission to all events. No exceptions. There is a $25 charge for name badge replacement.


Build Your Schedule

The at-a-glance schedule is a great way to get an overview of the program and all events. When you are ready to start building your plan (about a week out from the event), we recommend visiting the full schedule via your mobile device to favorite your sessions to create your personal schedule. Adding a session to your personal schedule is not a form of registration and is not required to attend any session – this is for your personal planning purposes only. All session seating is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. eduWeb will make all possible accomodations to provide adequate seating in each session.

WorkshopsThese sessions are FREE! No additional steps are necessary or changes to your registration to attend any of these great workshops on Tuesday morning from 10 -11:30 am (just show up and be ready to engage)!!
