Shane Baglini leads Muhlenberg College’s strategic recruitment and digital marketing efforts, manages all web and social media initiatives and supports the college’s brand and awareness efforts across the institution.
Mandee focuses on website strategy and brings her expertise in website analytics, UX research, redesign road-mapping, content optimization, and documentation and training to every project.
Chaney has run marketing and communications teams at both Stanford University and UC Berkeley; prior to that, she co-founded a boutique consulting agency, World Education Group, that assisted smaller universities with international student recruitment. Before JAKALA, she served as the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience for Rick Steves' Europe.

Lamar Goodenough started working with web content and information architecture in 1998. Her roles have evolved with the industry, increasingly focusing on UX and user research.

Dawn Medley is the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management at Drexel University. She has an EdD from Lindenwood University in educational leadership with research focused on student debt mitigation. With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Dawn is an expert in enrollment management, financial aid, access, innovative support systems for students, technology for student engagement, and is a nationally recognized leader in financial aid solutions and technology adoption for enrollment management.
Visual creator using data to drive effective storytelling. Currently I help strategize content for higher ed enrollment and the owner of Beyond the Peak Photography. Always an avid fan of exploring new locations and capturing authentic moments.
Sara is Vice President of Strategy at SimpsonScarborough and has spent the past 15 years navigating the ever-shifting media, brand, and marketing strategy landscape at agencies supporting higher education, healthcare, retail, and tourism.
Sara oversees SimpsonScarborough's strategy division, which uses data-driven approaches to create brand, marketing, and media deliverables that achieve institutions' short- and long-term goals. In the past, she has served in a variety of roles supporting higher education, including adjunct instructor and guest lecturer. She has also led the strategy, activation, management, and measurement of integrated campaigns with dozens of institutions across the country.

As Director of Strategy Planning, Chris ensures there's a strategic throughline between brand strategy and media planning. For more than a decade, he has worked in higher ed marketing, both agency and institution-side, where he has planned and executed comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategies across multiple program types and institutions. His work has been published in the Journal of Education Advancement & Marketing, the Journal of Digital and Social Media, and the Journal of Brand Strategy.
As AVP, SEO and Content at Carnegie, Rebecca Hofstetter works with colleges and universities to enhance their search engine visibility, create data-driven content strategies, and deliver a positive web user experience to prospective students. She regularly runs SEO writing workshops for institutions and has presented on SEO at dozens of conferences. She has worked in higher education marketing for over seven years and was an adjunct professor of writing before that. She has a passion for education and considers herself a lifelong learner.
Katie is currently a communications and marketing professional at the University of Iowa. She has worked in higher education for the past five years, primarily in the realm of admissions. When not at work, she enjoys bad reality dating shows, attending college football and women's basketball games, and spending time with her three kitties: Gerry, Watson, and Lacey.
Katrina Noelle is a speaker, mentor, and the President of KNow Research. It is a full-service consultancy that offers comprehensive research from a female-driven staff. She started the service in 2003 with a methodology that blends in-person research and mobile approaches.
More recently, Katrina co-founded Scoot Insights, which helps decision-makers choose the right direction. She is a mentor at WBENC and Women in Research, helping the next generation of women find their footing.

Mike Stratta is the Founder and CEO of Arcalea. He previously worked at Forbes Agency Council as a Member. Mike Stratta attended Miami University.
Matt is a brilliant strategist with the ability to identify and maximize value for new initiatives.
Hanna has Kevin Bacon beat — you only need three degrees to connect her to that kid's sister you went to grade school with. Also a dedicated photographer, activist, Trekkie, and crafter, with the greenest thumb — Hanna clearly needs more hobbies.
Mary leads a large team of creative strategists, writers and visual content producers to ensure results-focused, innovative solutions.
Justin Ward joined the Marketing and Communication team in the Spring of 2018 as a multimedia producer. He works closely with other Creative and Marketing Services staff to develop and market visual content for Radford University. You will most likely see him throughout campus with a camera in hand capturing memorable Highlander moments. Justin is an alumnus of Radford with a BS in media studies and a concentration in journalism, spending summers interning with local news agencies and CBS News in Washington, D.C. He spent eight years as a reporter for both WDBJ7 in Roanoke, VA and WVVA in Bluefield, WV. During his career he’s been invited to interview the Vice President of the United States, was nominated for an Emmy Award and won state and regional awards for journalism and videography work. Justin lives in Christiansburg where he was raised.
